SET BACK!!!!! Water damage in our apt from broken Sprinkler.

Well this is certainly a huge set back in Preschool fun in my Apt. a sprinkler head broke outside of our apt patio in the middle of the night and began flooding our apt while we slept.

Don’t know what the full extent of our damage is. Thankfully the kids bedroom was spared and their favorite toys. The kids and I left and came directly to one of our safe havens ( my parents house ) and my hubby is taking care of things.

It will be a hard 2-3 days of them clearing out and cleaning and ripping out carpet and floors to see what the full damage is.

For sure my new rugs are going to have to be replaced. Start pricing out all our furniture and toys.

I normally end these in wishing you all GOOD LUCK! But it would seem today i have to say this instead .
