Maybe because my daughter got sick, or maybe it’s cuz I followed her by having a huge allergy reaction. It could have been the fact that since we are moving home in two-three days, and I was just elsewhere.
We ended up doing just our morning circle time the most this week and nothing much else. To much happened this past week and circus just didn’t hit them as Zoo did or other themes. Once again it’s cuz we aren’t ourselves due to being in this spare apt.
Once we get home in three days we will have the opportunity to get back to the way things were and back to our normal routine.
The games and the idea of circus week was fun in the beginning , but it dwindled as soon as the days past and everyone got sick with a little flu bug and the stress of moving back hit us hard.
So maybe next year , I can redeem the theme during the summer and have a better time with it once I get our normal space again.
It’s the weekend. Yesssss! Next weeks theme is Medieval times. Wish me luck. Great theme, just in the middle of the move and remodel of our home.
