Games games!!!! What games you can play with your fellow Covid Unit to get you through!!!!

When I was a kid, I played all the usual games. Candy land, monopoly, life, etc, but nothing more than that. Set was my favorite card game when I was in middle school. Maybe because I’m ADD, it helped me see the sets faster.

When I started working for three district, my students introduced me to a whole new slew of games. Speed, spoons, 21. Lol 21 is just a cheap imitation of Blackjack. Just not gambling. Lol

Then when I met my husband, him and his family, they really got my game nights going. Now you can look up how to play these online, and Barnes and Nobel is the best place to find all of these. Sometimes Walmart might surprise you. Course amazon has everything.

1. Cribbage was one of the firsts, and I have to say, on a date night at home after the kids go to bed and a glass of wine or a good white claw come out, it’s just relaxing to play. Even when my husband is making it about competition all the way through.

2. Mexican Train Dominos: by far one of my favorites. We have tournaments weekly as best we can with my In Laws after the kids go to bed and just recently I introduced it to my family and it’s a new addiction.

3. 7 up and 7 down: a very interesting game. 4 or more players. I learned this one when I was at my in laws mothers house for her birthday just after my husband and I got engaged. Was totally confused at first, but got used to it after a while. I still have no idea what I am doing, and just usually end up SHOOTING THE MOON, at the end just for fun.

4. 5 Crowns: one of my favorite card games they introduced me to. More than 7 up and 7 down. made more sense to me cuz I like poker and blackjack. Lol.

5. My final favorite game we play is…..Golf! Another awesome game you can play.

Have fun!!!!!
