From Pretend Play to LEGO table!!!!!!

For about 6 months now I have been using the IKEA Trofast shelf as a pretend play stand. I think I have mentioned that a few times. Lol.

Well, before it was the pretend play area, I was intended for a LEGO table. It didn’t last, and I loaned it all to my in laws.

Well they graciously let me have them all back, cuz it is time to turn it back to its former glory.

Tada!!!!!!!

Anyways. So it will be like this for a while. My kiddos have gotten back into building, thanks to their cousins.

Now we use the DUPLO size blocks in my house, cuz I like the size better for my 3 year old. In a few years once he’s about 7 or even 8, well switch to the normal size. but for now, it’s Duplo, and they do have a lot of cool sets coming out for Christmas. SANTA might be bringing my little man one of those new duplo train building sets. We’ll see.

Anyways. The TROFAST shelves, have many uses. So as the kids get older, I can switch it to other options.

If you go onto Google or Pinterest and look up TROFAST HACKS. You will literally get a million ideas.

Here are some.

A train table
A desk

Pretty much anything you can think of.

So I challenge you what you can do with your own trofast shelf. And let me know what it ends up being. Take a picture and comment for me with it.

Side note: all the duplo blocks we own, are from GOODWILL. They sell by the bags. We do what we can.

Peace out!!!!!
