Now, if you remember, a few months back, all of our Christmas decorations, ornaments, stockings, lights, all our memorabilia and collectables WERE STOLEN.
For those who haven’t read that blog post yet….. go read it. But I will type of the shortened version. While we were out of our apartment while it was getting remodeled we left all our stuff in a clocked storage closet on our patio. We were TOLD it would be safe in their. That they weren’t going to touch it.
Well we were gone for 4 weeks and that’s all it took for someone to take 6 years of memories from my family. Funny thing is I know ( well have a feeling) who took it. Just can’t say it out loud, cuz 1 its too late and 2 I don’t want to start a war with my complex while I am still living here.
Another thing is we can’t claim any of it, cuz we already had a claim for all of our stuff from the flood. So we are stuck rebuilding our items and memories from scratch.
Now I know it could have been worse. So I have to keep the faith that everything happens for a reason, and thankful that it was only our Christmas stuff.
So I am looking at things we need to get and replace and its a working progress.
