Bunk beds to a parent can sometimes be scary.
1. You don’t know if your kids are going to like it,
2. Is it going to be too high for them
3. Are they going to fall off eventually
Etc, etc.
Now we live in an apt. So we have the kids share their room. We had them in twin beds we bought from pottery barn. Awesome beds by the way. Easy to use and put together. Totally worth the price.

We recently made three choice to stay in our apt for another two years, but we need more space. Especially i the kids room. my daughter needs her own area and my kids play kitchen needed to come out of the living room. I may have mention this once or twice recently, but it finally became a reality.
We looked everywhere for the perfect bunk bed. We even looked at the matching loft bed to our kids beds. So that way it would match their bed, and when we move, our daughter would have both a loft and a bed under.

Until we measured it and our ceiling height is too low for the pottery barn loft bed. And it would defeat the purpose of the bed coming out length wise of the loft. Took up as much room as their current beds. So we looked into their bunk beds.

We liked the low to the ground option, but we wanted stairs, which they don’t have. Plus it was going to get expensive to get the bunk and make a set of stairs from ikea shelves. So we went looking elsewhere.
We found ( or my dad found) Max and Lily. They have a great website for kids beds, and they are made so well. We orders this bunk and when it got here and we put it together, it was a pain, but in the end it is a great product.

The kids love it and it saves so much space. My daughter has her area next to the bunk now.

And the kitchen is in their room now. Which freed up space in my living room from the classroom. So happy.

I highly recommend this company, wayfair sells it too. Awesome brand, and I don’t love things easily. I love going with a company I know is going to be good, such as: ikea, pottery barn, and bobs. Now I can add Max and Lily to the list.
