April is always a fun month for preschool.
The themes that the program I am using wants to use are….
Like I said about this weeks theme, how I am combining Butterflies and Spring Cleaning. So that way next week March 29th we are doing Easter. So I am moving it up.
I am rearranging April and Putting in other themes. As I stated in my Chang it up blog.
So what’s on the agenda for us. Lol.
But I didn’t realize this when I replanned them year. So I will change Easter Week to something else spring. BIRDS.
So here we go.
April 5: DINOSAURS; my reason why is cuz my sons birthday party is this weekend. We will learn and celebrate dinosaurs all the way till his party.
April 12 = BIRDS: birds mean new life. The fun thing with Birds is the pretend play. Lol. Giant nest for the kids to play in.
April 19: EARTH WEEK; the celebration of earth day and also teach the kiddos about recycling and saving the planet.
April 25th: Pond Animals: ponds are always fun to be around this time of year. Baby frogs, turtles, and Ducks. We will be taking a trip to ponds this week to feed the ducks ( with bird seed) and to see if we can find any frogs of turtles too.
So that’s the plan. Can’t wait to start it. But first, this week is butterflies and spring cleaning and the following week is Easter.
