To Each their Own!!!!!

I look at my two beautiful and perfect children and I see an amazing future.

They are both extremely different, and yet some what alike.

My daughter is passionate and creative, while my son is easy going and empathetic.

Yet they are both fun and love exciting things.

As they get older and start school in person, I hope they will both shine at what they do best. They are both smart in many ways, and my fears for something can be calmed down.

I was a teacher for 15 years in some shape or form, and I always laughed at how good my kids were and the parents complained why they weren’t that way at home. Now I am getting that end of the stick.

My children are excited to beginning a new chapter in their lives.

My daughter asked me the other day if she could be in the army like her daddy.

My answer was this. “ I will love you and support you in all your choices, just as long as they don’t in the end……

1. Doesn’t cause harm to yourself and others

2. Isn’t illegal.

3. Causes you to leave me in this world before me.

So I told her serving your country would go against those rules but if she wanted to, I would support her. However I want her to do something more safe. Lol.

To each their own.
