If it’s not broke, don’t fix it! Or if you already have the supplies, use it!

When I was going to be decorating for my kids at home, learning area, I went with this decor. Don’t know if I blogged that or not, that’s how long it’s been.

However now that I am going to be teaching and in an actual classroom, I am just going to keep the same stuff and use it for my room.

So it will be An Adventurous Theme for the year, tithe theme really is let’s learning through the seasons.

I will decorate my room as if we are living in a forest and what does a forest for during the 4 seasons. That way they have fun helping me decorate with each passing season, or do what I used to do which is change it at the end of the day or while they nap, to wake up to a surprise.

I will have a circle area, with calendar time, focus wall time, and file folder games.

Then I will have centers, both learning and fun, and then there will the Montessori aspect of it. The self learning throughout the day. They clean, help serve themselves, and my personal favorite of it all, they help take care of each other.

I have a ton of decor and have used both the things I got from lakeshore to getting decor from Teachers Pay Teachers.

I will take pictures of the day I get to decorate.
