I don’t think I will last. I don’t think I can live here in this small of an apt for that long. I need…….
WIDE OPEN SPACES!!!!!!
So I called and talked to one of our office people and he was very helpful ( he is new to the property) and he understood what I was worried about. He took me seriously and said he would call me back with the answers to my questions.
1. When are they going to start?
2. When will it be done ( how long) ?
I asked other questions too but not appropriate for my blog. Non of your business.
Within 30 min they called me back and it was the other person in the office. One of the girls who I have constant communication with. Mainly because our apt was a traditional unit. One of thr Original Apts on the property. I have kept it up over the years, as one should when renting or even owning. You let it go and it can get ugly.
She was very nice and understanding of how I felt ( being she is a mom herself ) and answers my questions. And I didn’t get the answers I wanted to hear.

2. It will take 5-6 weeks to get it done.
It is usually that time frame to completely overhaul the apt. It takes time to order the appliances, the flooring, the new countertops. So even though they have a rush on our places, we won’t be in there until after the 1st or even a week or two after that.
So after that conversation, I went about my day after doing lessons and then organizing and unpacking a little more.
If I am going to stay here, I need to make the most of it.
