You would think that because I have a daughter that this would be a gross subject for her. No. Not my daughter. She is the mud queen. Both her and my son can’t get enough mud when it comes to playing in it.
This week is going to be fun. The kids will learn all about rocks, mud, dirt, everything Geology.
Yes according to Big Bang, it’s not real science, but I think they are wrong.
As my niece and nephews would say, rocks ROCK.
So what will we be doing tomorrow?
Well I plan on borrowing some dirt from my parents house and tomorrow , the kids will add water to it outside, to make it mud. And they can have mud play outside.
The packet has lots of fun lessons for tomorrow using rocks. Which the kids can find outside my home. Easily.
We might even paint with mud.
It’s lessons like these I wish I had a backyard. Next year.
For pretend play you can do a couple of ideas.
1. Mud kitchen- easy idea. Lol
2. Rock collection- this is another good idea. The kids can go on a rock hunt and then compare and contrast them among each other.
